A Florida native, Nick enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors. He’s the proud dad of two boys and has been with us for over ten years. Starting out as a brand-new apprentice, Nick has grown into a top-notch Journeyman Electrician. We’ve loved watching his skills develop and look forward to having him on the team for many more years to come.

Bryan is a Florida State Certified Electrical Contractor with over 30 years of experience in the electrical field. Before becoming an Electrical Contractor, he served as both a Project Manager and Vice President while working as a State Certified Journeyman Electrician.
Born and raised in Manatee County, Bryan is a third-generation Floridian — which is tough to find these days! He and his wife, Heather, built the company together and are the proud parents of three: Julia, Tyler, and Emma. When he’s not working, Bryan enjoys golf, softball, and traveling.

HEATHER HINDMAN
Managing Director, Business Operations & Strategy | Co-Founder
Originally from New York, Heather has proudly called Florida home for the past 25 years. She and Bryan built the company together after her career in the corporate world and later teaching in the Hillsborough County School System. Heather earned her degree from the University of South Florida, continued her graduate studies at Walden University, and completed a Construction Management program through the Turner School. She enjoys reading, crafts, traveling, and spending lots of family time.

Scott has been in the electrical field since 1998 and was born and raised in Florida. He’s married with six kids (yes, six!) and loves to travel, cruise, and try new food. He’s active in his church and big on family time.

Brandy is a mountain girl from Northern Virginia. She moved to Florida 6 years ago with her husband and children and is enjoying the warmth, sunshine and beach life! Prior to Joining the BHE Team, Brandy worked in the Hillsborough County School System. She is our official Director of Customer Wow!

Virginia worked in the Sarasota County School system running an elementary school library — making her a perfect fit to lead our Pass-a-Book project. Born and raised in New York, she enjoys reading, church activities, and spending time with her grandchildren.
