Glad you asked! If you have 5+ years of residential experience (7+ with mobile home park or commercial work preferred), you’re in the right place. If you can wire, troubleshoot, and get the job done without second-guessing—we want to hear from you! ⚡😄

To kick-start your journey as an electrical apprentice with us, we’d love to see at least a year of experience under your tool belt (literally!). You must have your own hand and power tools, a can-do attitude, and get ready to spark a great career!

The Spark Squad keeps things running at Bryan Hindman Electric! From scheduling and customer support to admin and inventory, this team powers the behind-the-scenes work that supports our crew and customers. Roles, qualifications, and compensation vary—check back often for openings that may be the perfect fit for you!  

Our electricians start at 7:30 AM and wrap up around 4:00 PM—but quality comes first! If a job needs extra time, we stay to get it right. ⚡💪

Absolutely! You start earning PTO on day one and can use it after 30 days. Plus, we offer paid holidays too! 🎉
